This website promotes open house events for the H&R Block Advisors offices in Oklahoma City and Edmond, Oklahoma. When we say “we” or “us,” we mean these local offices and the team operating this site on their behalf.
What we collect
When you RSVP through this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the session you plan to attend, and — only if you choose to include one — your resume.
Like most websites, we also use Google’s advertising and analytics tags (gtag.js), which set cookies and collect standard usage data such as pages visited and how you reached the site. This helps us understand whether our advertising works.
How we use your information
- To reserve your spot and contact you about the open house
- To consider you for employment if you express interest in a role or submit a resume
- To honor the $25-off Tax Year 2026 preparation offer for attendees
- To measure advertising performance in aggregate
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the open house, hiring, or the services described above.
Who we share it with
Your RSVP is delivered by email to the local office team. We rely on a small number of service providers to operate this site: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Google (advertising and analytics measurement). Each receives only what it needs to perform its service. We do not share your information with anyone else unless required by law.
Retention
RSVP information is kept only as long as needed to run the open house events and follow up with attendees and applicants. Resumes are kept while a role remains open and for a reasonable period afterward, then deleted.
Your choices
- You can attend as a walk-in without submitting any information online.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by calling either office (numbers below).
- You can control advertising cookies through your browser settings or Google’s ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
Children’s privacy
This site is intended for adults seeking tax services or employment. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
